Job summary

SafeHarbor Logistics in Manama is seeking a skilled Female Welder to join our team. You will perform welding and fabrication of metal parts following blueprints and specifications, using MIG, TIG and Arc processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has proven welding experience, can read technical drawings, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Salary is $1400 per month, with no accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment operation.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine layout and dimensions of welding project.
• Prepare materials for welding using grinders or other tools as necessary.
• Use MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to join metal parts according to project requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality control purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and completed projects.
• Follow safety guidelines when operating equipment or handling materials.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects.
