You will oversee all aspects of plant operations, drive safety, efficiency, and productivity, and lead a high-performing team through clear direction and measurable improvements.

You will partner with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain to optimize production planning, cost control, and regulatory compliance while delivering on our commitment to safe and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in leadership within manufacturing.
• Proven plant operations improvement track record.
• Strong safety/regulatory knowledge (OSHA/EPA).
• Experience with production planning and inventory.
• Excellent leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations including EHS, production, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Oversee production planning and inventory in collaboration with supply chain.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.
