Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation is seeking a Planning Assistant for the RSC Planning team in Bahrain. The role focuses on monthly KPI reporting, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Sales to drive performance improvements.

The candidate will prepare management-ready KPI presentations, maintain dashboards, and coordinate AR/DSO initiatives with LC offices. A Bahrain national is preferred, and the position is full-time, office-based in Muharraq.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance/economics or related field.
• Experience producing monthly KPI reports, management reports, and presentations.
• Experience building dashboards and managing cross-functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly KPI reports covering key business indicators.
• Prepare monthly KPI presentation/PPT for Management review.
• Coordinate with LC offices and Finance on AR collection and DSO improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support operational and business objectives.
• Monitor activities and follow up on outstanding actions to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
