Job summary

Jobleader in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness center. You will design and implement personalized workout plans for clients based on their goals and abilities, and guide them through sessions with proper form and motivation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of PT experience in a fitness setting, a recognized Personal Training certification, strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy and nutrition, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Certification in Personal Training from a recognized institution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine goals and health.
• Design personalized workout plans that align with clients' goals and abilities.
• Guide and motivate clients during workout sessions to ensure proper form and technique.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients stay motivated.
• Monitor progress through regular check-ins, measurements, and adjustments to plans.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness center in Manama, Bahrain. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fitness and helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, limitations, and overall health condition
• Design personalized workout plans that align with clients' goals and abilities
• Guide and motivate clients during workout sessions to ensure proper form and technique
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey
• Monitor progress of clients through regular check-ins, measurements, and adjustments to workout plans as needed
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer in a fitness center or similar setting
• Certification in Personal Training from a recognized institution is preferred
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Salary

Salary for this position is $1300 per month without accommodation. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience.
