• Conducting fitness assessments and creating personalized workout plans for clients based on their goals and abilities
• Instructing and demonstrating proper exercise techniques to clients
• Monitoring clients progress and making necessary adjustments to their workout plans
• Providing guidance and motivation to clients during training sessions
• Educating clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
