We’re Hiring: Partnerships Manager

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is transforming the food delivery landscape across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and now Bahrain. With our mission “We help people eat better, live better”, we are expanding rapidly and building strong partnerships that support merchants, elevate the customer experience, and strengthen our market presence.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead strategic collaborations, build high-value relationships, and accelerate Keeta’s growth in Bahrain.

What You’ll Do

Build & Secure Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships that boost growth, brand awareness, and market penetration in Bahrain.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with merchants, corporate clients, community groups, and ecosystem partners.

Drive Joint Initiatives

• Collaborate with Operations, Delivery, Business, and Marketing teams to design campaigns, co‑branded activities, and value‑added programs.
• Create partnership proposals, pitch decks, and agreements aligned with business priorities.

Performance Management

• Monitor and evaluate partnership KPIs to ensure strong mutual value.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging collaboration opportunities.

Brand Representation

• Represent Keeta at events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand our partnership network and strengthen Keeta’s presence in Bahrain.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Background in F&B, delivery platforms, e‑commerce, or tech startups is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Commercially minded with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to create creative, high‑impact partnership strategies.
• Strong project management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
