PPOAR in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to join the team and drive revenue for our products and services. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering outstanding service to meet sales targets.

You will develop sales plans, meet potential clients, negotiate contracts, and track performance while maintaining flexibility for weekend or evening shifts in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or service industry.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Must have own visa/permit to work in Bahrain

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Meet with potential clients to present products and services, as well as negotiate contracts
• Maintain existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Create detailed reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
