Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of different plant types and their care requirements.
• Ability to identify common garden pests and diseases.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for the gardens according to established standards.
• Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
• Prune and trim plants to ensure their health and aesthetic appeal.
• Weed garden beds regularly to keep them free from unwanted plants.
• Water plants as needed to ensure they thrive in different weather conditions.
• Fertilize plants at appropriate times to promote growth.
• Monitor garden pests and diseases, taking appropriate action to control them.
