Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Al-Malikiyah. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1100$ per month. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Must be able to work part-time hours in Al-Malikiyah without accommodation
