Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide high-quality legal support across its corporate operations. The role is based in Jebel Ali, UAE, requiring a minimum of 5 years' experience in legal support, preferably with exposure to international corporate structures. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in organization and communication, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Support legal and compliance teams in managing contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain and update legal documentation and compliance records for multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist with internal and external legal queries, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and international best practices.

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide high-quality legal support across our corporate operations.

Qualifications:

  • LLB or LLM from a UK university or equivalent from a common law jurisdiction

  • Paralegal certification (e.g., NALP, I, or local equivalent) is advantageous

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal support roles, including private practice and in-house settings

  • Exposure to international corporate structures, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors (EPCI or similar)

  • Experience managing governance and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions

  • Strong organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
