Job summary

Cinqo Group in Bahrain is seeking a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to lead fit-out and interior works on our projects. The role is full-time and on-site, offering opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

You will supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and approved materials. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, with 3–5 years in fit-out and GCC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in fit-out / interior works.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Experience in GCC projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and work schedules.
• Handle inspections and snag list closures.
