We are in search of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, ordering supplies, and assisting with basic accounting duties.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must also be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of accounting principles. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
  • Greeting visitors and providing them with information
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
