Formación

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
Valid nursing license in Bahrain required.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse preferred for supervision.
Excellent communication and leadership skills expected.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Compassionate, empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsabilidades

Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
