Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Handyman or similar role.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Excellent communication with clients and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions.
• Procure materials and supplies for projects as needed.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent service.
