Job summary

SummitLab in Muharraq is seeking a reliable Light Driver to operate light vehicles and transport passengers and goods safely. You will maintain vehicles, track mileage, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to schedules and routes.

The ideal candidate has a valid light-vehicle license, at least 2 years of relevant experience in Muharraq, and a strong knowledge of local traffic laws. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for light vehicles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a light driver preferably in Muharraq.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in Muharraq.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is preferred.
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate light vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport passengers and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Keep track of vehicle mileage and fuel consumption.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized vehicle at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding pick‑up‑drop‑off schedules, routes, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers during transportation.
