Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones (hardware and software issues)
• Replace damaged parts such as screens, batteries, and motherboards
• Install and update mobile software and firmware
• Perform quality checks on repaired devices
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards
• Follow safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures
