Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Merchandiser in Isa Town, Bahrain to manage product displays, monitor inventory, and support sales growth.

You will collaborate with buyers, train staff, and build strong relationships with store managers to ensure optimal product placement. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, with experience in merchandising or retail sales and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior merchandising or retail sales experience.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product displays in retail stores.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock.
• Conduct market research on consumer trends and preferences.
• Collaborate with buyers on merchandise assortment.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and terms.
