The Media Buying Specialist will support the planning, execution, and reporting of in-app advertising campaigns. This role is focused on the operational and day-to-day execution of campaigns, assisting with supplier coordination, campaign setup, tracking, and performance reporting.
Campaign Execution & Support
- Set up and schedule in-app ad campaigns based on manager guidance
- Upload creatives and ensure campaigns are launched correctly and on time
- Monitor running campaigns and flag performance issues or discrepancies
Supplier Coordination
- Follow up with suppliers to collect required materials (images, content, approvals)
- Respond to supplier inquiries related to campaign timelines and formats
- Maintain campaign files and documentation in organized systems
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance (CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.)
- Support the team in gathering performance data for internal and supplier reviews
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with design and tech teams to coordinate creative assets
- Coordinate with the Category team to align campaign timings with commercial plans
- Provide operational support in executing internal promotional
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in media buying, media planning, or digital advertising operations, either in‑house or at an agency
- Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS), and ad serving technologies
- Experience with media buying software and ad tech platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
