Job summary

Flyper is seeking a Mason Foreman in Manama to lead a crew of masons and ensure timely project completion. You will plan schedules, monitor quality, and enforce safety across sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of masonry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the stamina to work long hours in varying weather. Biometric passport preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Mason or similar role.

Responsibilities

Mason Foreman

As a Mason Foreman in Manama, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of masons to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects. You will be expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in masonry techniques, materials, and safety practices. Your duties will include planning and organizing work schedules, overseeing the quality of work performed by your team, and ensuring that all construction projects are completed within the given time frame.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also possess physical stamina and endurance as this job may require you to work long hours in various weather conditions. Prior experience as a Mason or a similar role is required for this position.
