Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Mason to maintain our hotel facilities and ensure the safety, comfort and high standards guests expect. You will perform routine masonry repairs across the property, respond to service requests, and document all inspections and repairs.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, a commitment to hospitality values, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver memorable guest experiences.

As a Mason, you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Carry out routine masonry repairs accross the property including walkways, tiled areas, walls and decorative stoneworks
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
