  • Familiarizes oneself and trains on the technical aspects of all Madi equipment.
  • Analyzes work orders and plans daily route accordingly.
  • Installs equipment at client site maintaining quality and professionalism.
  • Actively listens to customers requests and complaints and suggests improvements when applicable.
  • Examines job at hand and avail needed components in order to complete it.
  • Performs minor building and electrical tasks as per required.
  • Adheres to safety measures at all times.
  • Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
  • Preserves customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance, attitude and professional appearance to reflect a good image of the company.
  • Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
