Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to specifications and instructions
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality output
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Familiarity with various types of machinery including but not limited to lathes, grinders, presses etc
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair minor issues with machines
• Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to machine operation
• Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team
