Loader Operator

A reputable construction company in Manama is seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials at various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate loader machinery to load and move materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, and construction equipment
• Transport materials from one location to another using the loader
• Conduct pre-operational checks on the loader to ensure it is in safe working condition
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the loader as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while operating the loader
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or similar setting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to read and understand instructions, safety manuals, and warning labels
• Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for maneuvering the loader in tight spaces

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours may vary depending on project schedules but are typically 40 hours per week.
