Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network is seeking a compassionate Live-in Caregiver to support an elderly client in Isa Town, Bahrain. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide emotional support in a home setting.

The role requires caregiving experience, First Aid/CPR certification, and excellent English communication. Accommodation is provided, and a competitive salary is offered for full-time, live-in work.

Qualifications

Live-in Caregiver

We are in need of a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide quality care and support to our elderly client residing in Isa Town. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support to our client.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administering medication according to prescribed schedule
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Preparing meals according to dietary requirements
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support to the client
• Accompanying the client on appointments or outings when needed
• Communicating effectively with the client's family members and healthcare team

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a caregiver or similar role
• Valid certification in First Aid and CPR
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Empathetic and patient nature
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our live-in caregivers.
