Job summary

Our client in Bahrain seeks an experienced Line Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing line and ensure continuous operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and a background in textile or uniform production.

You'll lead a team, assign tasks, monitor performance, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with maintenance for machinery. Emphasis on safety, efficiency, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably textile or uniform production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the manufacturing line to ensure continuous operations.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Ensure products meet quality standards; address defects promptly.
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and meet goals.
• Enforce safety policies and coordinate with maintenance teams for machinery.
• Measure standard times and maintain production records; escalate issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
