Job summary

Hilton Bahrain is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure guest safety while delivering memorable hospitality at the pool area. You’ll help keep the pool environment bright, welcoming, and compliant with safety standards.

As part of Hilton's team, you will monitor activity, enforce rules, respond to emergencies with prompt action, and maintain cleanliness to support exceptional guest experiences.

As a Lifeguard, you're not just ensuring the safety of pool guests - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
• Ensure swimmer safety: Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices
• Respond to emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
