EcoFarm Solutions in Bahrain seeks an Entry-Level Sales Manager to develop and maintain relationships with clients, promote products, and achieve sales targets. Ideal for someone with no prior sales experience looking to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. Fluent English preferred; Arabic a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential clients and actively reach out to them to promote our products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitors' activities.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale process.
