Job summary

ConFlip in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain, is seeking a motivated Junior Merchandiser to support buying and selling, analyze market trends, and manage inventory with the team.

You will assist senior merchandisers, monitor trends and supplier relations, coordinate with sales for promotions, and prepare performance reports. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing preferred.
• Retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
