Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred.
• Previous library or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general library duties such as shelving, cataloging, and circulation.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons by answering questions and assisting with research.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the library.
• Help develop and implement programs and activities for the library.
• Assist with maintaining digital resources and databases.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior librarians.
