Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for flowers and creativity in floral design.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior florists.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior florists in creating and arranging floral designs.
• Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Communicate with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences.
• Help with setting up floral displays for events such as weddings, parties, or funerals.
