Job summary

MapleGroves in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team. You will assist senior florists in designing and arranging beautiful flower arrangements for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.

This full-time role offers a salary of 1500 USD per month. Responsibilities include assisting with flower selection, preparing and arranging flowers, maintaining the workshop, and helping with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for flowers and floral design.
• Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, their care and arrangement.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift objects.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior florists in creating unique and visually appealing flower arrangements.
• Participate in the selection and purchasing of fresh flowers and materials.
• Prepare and clean flowers for arrangement.
• Arrange flowers according to clients' preferences and event themes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral workshop.
• Assist with deliveries and installations when needed.
