Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in project planning and budgeting.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and construction workers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and identify any potential issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees on site.
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress reports and any changes made during the construction process.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals involved in the project to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
