You will assist with accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, reconcile statements, and participate in monthly close and reporting. A degree in accounting and proficiency in Excel are preferred, with growth opportunities in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor cash flow and report any discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly and yearly close processes.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Support audit processes as needed.
