Job description

IT Helpdesk professional will be responsible for:

  1. Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users within the organization.
  2. Resolve IT-related issues and inquiries promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  3. Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
  5. Responding to support requests via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system) and providing timely resolutions.
  6. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on end user devices (computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
  7. Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
  8. Assisting users with password resets, account setups, and access permissions.
  9. Conducting system and software upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  10. Collaborating with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  11. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  12. Assisting with IT projects and initiatives as required.

Candidate preferred with valid Bahraini driving license and preferably own car.

Minimum 3-4 years experience.
