Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Server Management: Includes server administration & monitoring, server upgrades and maintenance, disk space/mirroring/RAID checks, applying updates, security updates and patches, resource monitoring (Memory/CPU), drive defragmentation, hardware performance testing, hardware reallocation and assembling, benchmark testing for new systems.
2. Storage Management: Storage administration, management and monitoring, upgrade of application and maintenance.
3. Network Management: Network monitoring, administering and configuration, diagnosis of the network and its component services, firewall and cPanel email.
4. Telecommunication Services: Internet, intranet and extranet communication management and support, telephone system.
5. End Users Support: Desktop, imaging and printing services; end-user support for desktop, printers and scanners attached to the domain, anti-virus updates, event log checks, disk space monitoring, resource monitoring, drive defragmentation, hardware performance testing, operating system maintenance (updates/service packs/security patches), bug fixes.
6. Inter-office Applications Management: Microsoft server active directory, anti-virus and other general services.
