Job summary

A.G. Enterprises in Bahrain is hiring an HVAC Service Engineer with 5-8 years of field experience to service and retrofit DX air conditioning systems across ducted, package, VRF, minisplit and window units.

The role requires a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, strong planning and reporting skills, and the ability to manage a team of 8 technicians while handling 25–30 calls per day. Interview via Zoom.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.TECH in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of field experience in HVAC services.
• Experience with DX air conditioning units (Ducted, Package, VRF, Minisplit, Window).
• Ability to quote retrofit jobs and plan AMC contracts.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willing to work in Bahrain and participate in online Zoom interviews.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day service calls and breakdown calls.
• Coordinate 8 technicians and manage 25–30 calls per day.
• Plan and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Prepare client data-base reports and quotations.
• Monitor technicians, foremen and supervisor performance.
• Identify spare parts and procurement for DX systems.
