ConFlip, a well-established barbershop in Isa Town, Bahrain, is hiring an experienced Barber to provide top-tier haircuts and grooming services. You will consult with clients to determine the best look, perform traditional cuts, fades, and beard trims, and maintain a spotless, sanitised work station.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of barbering experience, excellent communication skills, up-to-date knowledge of men’s hairstyles, and strong dexterity for precise cuts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Barber in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
• Up-to-date knowledge of men's hairstyles, trends, and grooming techniques.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus tips. Our barbers also receive ongoing training opportunities to continue learning new skills and techniques.

Location

This position is located in Isa Town. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Bahrain or have the ability to relocate.
