Handyman for Student Housing - Muharraq, Bahrain


We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team and help maintain our student housing in Muharraq. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are in top condition for our student residents.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, and fixing plumbing or electrical issues
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify any potential hazards or needs for repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from students and address any issues in a timely manner
- Install and repair appliances, furniture, and other equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and supplies, replenishing when necessary
- Ensure all safety standards are met and maintained throughout the property
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with students
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
