Job summary
General Assembly in Bahrain is seeking a Partnerships and Programs professional to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporations, startups, government agencies, and international organizations in Bahrain and the GCC. Qualifications
- Bahraini national
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in talent acquisition, business development, sales or related roles
- Strong technical skills, including data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to tailor content to different audiences
- Knowledge of tech industry trends and market dynamics
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, startups, government agencies and international organizations in Bahrain and the GCC region
- Assist in developing and implementing joint initiatives and programs with partners
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
- Represent GA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Track and monitor graduates and program participants to ensure outcomes
- Analyze and report on KPIs related to program success (placements, satisfaction, career advancement)
- Collaborate with Student Experience and Coaching teams to support graduates and participants
- Use data analysis to identify trends and insights and develop dashboards for decision-making
- Assist with organizing job fairs and networking events
- Provide admin support: scheduling, deliverables, documentation and records management
- Prepare presentations and reports; ensure program performance aligns with KPIs
