Job Summary
The Gelcoat Finisher will be responsible for applying, repairing, and finishing gelcoat on fiberglass surfaces. You will ensure that all finishes meet the highest standards of quality and durability, contributing to the premium look and feel of our luxury marine products.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply gelcoat to fiberglass components and ensure smooth, high-quality finishes.
• Perform gelcoat repairs, including sanding, polishing, buffing, and color matching to achieve a seamless finish.
• Inspect surfaces before and after gelcoat application to ensure no defects or imperfections.
• Mix and prepare gelcoat materials according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure proper curing of gelcoat and perform touch-ups as needed to achieve a flawless surface.
• Maintain and operate all equipment used in gelcoat application, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure gelcoat work aligns with design and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the gelcoat process, making adjustments or corrections when necessary.
