Job summary

WaveSolutions in Isa Town, Bahrain, is seeking a skilled Gardener to maintain our gardens and outdoor spaces. You will plant, prune, water, weed, and care for a variety of plants and trees, ensuring beauty and health year-round.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, strong knowledge of plant care, and the ability to work independently outdoors. English communication is required; Arabic is a plus. A competitive monthly salary of 1200 USD is offered with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gardener.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit for outdoor work and lifting heavy objects.
• Good communication in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plant, prune, and water plants and trees.
• Maintain garden cleanliness by removing weeds and debris.
• Use lawnmowers, rakes, and shovels to maintain the garden.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
• Inspect plants for pests or diseases and treat as needed.
• Design and implement new garden layouts or features.
• Keep records of plant inventory, care schedules, and expenses.
• Guide other team members on gardening techniques.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Isa Town As a Gardener you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and outdoor spaces

Responsibilities

• Planting pruning and watering various plants and trees in the garden
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the garden by removing weeds leaves and other debris
• Using gardening tools such as lawnmowers rakes shovels to maintain the garden
• Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed to ensure the health of plants
• Regularly inspecting plants for any signs of pests or diseases and taking necessary actions to prevent or treat them
• Designing and implementing new garden layouts or features
• Maintaining proper records of plant inventory care schedules and expenses
• Providing guidance to other team members on gardening techniques

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Gardener in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of plant care techniques fertilizers pesticides and gardening tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Valid work visa with no accommodation provided
