Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for all outdoor plants, ensuring they receive proper watering, fertilization, and pruning
• Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to the seasonal schedule
• Keep the garden free of weeds and pests
• Trim hedges and bushes to maintain a neat appearance
• Monitor the health of all plants and report any issues
• Keep garden tools and equipment clean and organized
• Suggest improvements or additions to enhance the beauty of the garden

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
• Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
• Ability to operate gardening tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and shears
• Physical strength for digging, lifting heavy objects, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
