Job summary

SteelAxis in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a devoted Caregiver to support elderly clients with daily living tasks, health monitoring, and companionship. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility while ensuring dignity and safety.

The role requires First Aid/CPR certification, fluent Arabic (English a plus), strong communication, empathy, and reliable transportation. Full-time, 40 hours/week, salary 1700 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Caregiver or similar role.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with elderly clients.
• Empathetic nature with ability to provide emotional support.
• Physical stamina to assist with mobility and daily tasks.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly individuals with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor clients' health and report changes to medical professionals.
• Accompany clients to doctor appointments and assist with transportation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients who may feel isolated.
• Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living spaces.
• Maintain accurate records of care and report incidents to supervisor.
