Cipriani Middle East and Europe is seeking a hospitality professional to transport food trays from the kitchen to the Chef de Rang efficiently and professionally. You will liaise with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25lbs, and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English used in the workplace.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions safely.
• Knowledge of menu and beverage list to suggest options.
• Auditory and visual abilities for safety observations.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with kitchen staff, chefs and restaurant team.
• Pick up food from kitchen per Senior Chef orders and hand to Waiter.
• Assist in clearing, return used crockery to cleaning counter.
• Help with basic tasks like bread basket arrangement and lemon cutting.
• Safely transport hot and liquid items to and from kitchen areas.
• Maintain a clean dining room area.
• Follow time, attendance and uniform procedures.
• Report to Assistant Restaurant Manager and Senior Chef.
