Job summary

BrightConnect in Isa Town, Bahrain, is seeking a full-time Florist to craft beautiful arrangements for weddings, birthdays, and funerals. You will source fresh flowers, design bouquets, and deliver excellent service to meet client preferences.

Responsibilities include inventory management, arranging diverse styles, and ensuring quality and freshness of all floral products in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a florist or related role is preferred but not required.
• Passion for flowers and creativity in arranging them.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Physical strength to lift heavy objects such as flower buckets.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, care instructions, and seasonal availability.

Responsibilities
