Job summary

India Abroad in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking a skilled part-time welder to join our team. You will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, and join metal parts for a variety of projects.

This role offers a flexible schedule and a path to full-time employment. A high school diploma and familiarity with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding are preferred, along with strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder or completion of a welding apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with MIG, TIG, ARC welding techniques.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Operate welding equipment to fuse metal parts together according to project requirements.
• Inspect welded joints and repair any defects as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
