Our client is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman/Top Sealer to lead wood finishing and painting team in Bahrain. As a Finishing Foreman/Top Sealer, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process, ensuring high-quality finishes, and leading a team of workers. If you have a strong background in wood finishing and painting, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the wood finishing and painting process, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
• Lead a team of workers, providing guidance and training as needed
• Mix and match colors, apply finishes evenly, and handle spray guns and other painting tools
• Ensure compliance with factory safety practices and material handling procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements

• Diploma or 12th pass
• 7-8 years of experience in wood finishing and painting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques, including sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with factory safety practices and material handling procedures
