Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth technology, food-tech, e-commerce, retail, or operationally intensive businesses is preferred.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Industry Information Technology and Services

Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Analyze business performance, profitability, operational metrics, and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities. Lead monthly performance reviews, delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Own budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and scenario analysis. Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new initiatives and investments. Develop executive dashboards and reports that track key business and financial KPIs. Drive process improvements by identifying automation opportunities across finance and FP&A. Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Partner with Data and Engineering teams to improve data quality and automate recurring financial processes. Support ad hoc strategic and financial analysis for leadership.

What We re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in high-growth, technology, food-tech, e-commerce, retail, or operationally intensive businesses is preferred.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and key business performance indicators.
  • Experience with financial modeling techniques and business case development.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools is considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers, operational metrics, and profitability analysis.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and financial automation initiatives is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and their application in finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate repetitive reporting and financial processes while maintaining strong controls and data integrity.
