We're hiring for our prestigious client in Bahrain.

Position: F&B Accountant

The Accountant will work closely with the Corporate management along with HR department and take responsibility for performing the day-to-day tasks associated with recording and analyzing various entries related to the financial statements for multiple restaurant locations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Handle tax filings and liaise with auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with HR department to facilitate salaries.
  • Manage Tamkeen, Sio and LMRA payments with collaboration of HR Department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience in Food and beverages sectors (Fine dining restaurants).
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficient with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
