A leading auditing firm in Bahrain is seeking a motivated External Auditor to execute audits according to policies and international standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HSE or related fields, and 3-6 years’ experience in auditing. Strong auditing skills and fluency in English are required. Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience if Diploma holder or 3 years if Bachelor holder in similar field.
  • Relevant qualification and certification as auditor.
  • Pre-qualification with relevant authorities is an added advantage.

External Auditor

An exciting opportunity is available External Auditor, based in Bahrain who will report directly to Head of Certification and Auditing Services (CAS).

Summary
  • We are seeking a motivated External Auditor who will be executing audits in line with organization’s policies and procedures, client guidelines and international standards.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains the integrity of the company name & brand.
  • Performs audits, tasks … etc. in a cost-effective manner.
  • Executes second party and third-party audits in line with organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Performs effective and efficient audit planning, preparation, performance, reporting and closing out of audits.
  • Updates themselves to the latest requirements of the specific field of work.
  • Ensures maintenance & improvement of competency and qualification as auditor as per the required standards and other applicable codes, regulations and organizational requirements.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies … etc.
  • Support sales in terms of product technical requirements.
  • Support in the development of new products.
  • Supports, grooms and monitors junior auditors as needed by the management.
  • Maintains a healthy and steady relationship with the clients to satisfy their requirements in acceptable time frames.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure client and vendor integrity management.
  • Manages customer relationships.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
  • Diploma OR Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Business Administration, Engineering, Science or other fields.
  • Relevant qualification and certification as auditor as per required system standard.
  • Pre‑qualification with relevant authorities (added advantage).
  • Valid local Driver’s License.
  • 6 years’ experience if Diploma holder OR 3 years’ experience if Bachelor holder in similar field.
  • Experience in the field of management systems auditing and certification service will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should be working or at least an ex‑employee for a certification body (IT Auditor / Lead Auditor).
